Bishop Williams is also the Pastor /President of New Genesis Outreach Ministries of Stockton Incorporated a dynamic nondenominational Christian Fellowship Church Organization based in Stockton CA. Bishop Williams also is Owner /President of Dwight Williams Enterprises and Business Advertising and Marketing Consultants company. Bishop Williams serve on several boards and Commissions that are committed to empowering neighborhoods and communities. He is married to his lovely wife Phyllis Williams of Stockton, California. Bishop Dwight and Phyllis Williams have two grown children and two pet dogs
